Fresh from receiving its IOSA certification, Mandala Airlines has taken an important step in its ongoing development, announcing plans to commence flights to Singapore and other destinations in South-East Asia, Southern China and Australia.
The plan to fly regional was a response to an upswell in demand from both business and leisure travelers. Those destinations have been centers of business and leisure activities in the region for decades.
Many loyal passengers and travel partners kept asking when Mandala would fly internationally (including myself). Now that it has attained this international safety benchmark in Indonesia, they are ready to serve Singapore as their first priority and then continue to expand to South-East Asia, Southern China and Australia.
