Posted in Good News From Indonesia by Sintia Pebriana Recently, Dunamis Organization Services awarded “2011 Indonesia Most Admired Knowledge Enterprise (MAKE) Study Award” to the PT Toyota Astra Motor, PT Unilever Indonesia Tbk, and PT United Tractors Tbk. And the three companies will automatically become finalists 2011 Asian Make Study. At least, 31 panelists decided that the three companies have advantages in applying knowledge to the 14 other organizations who became finalists. “We’re trying to create a knowledge-based organization. Formal community was reduced but sharing knowledge was improved,” said Eddy Putra Irawadi, Deputy for trade and industry to the Coordinating Minister for the Economy. Eddy said that one of the changes that knowledge-based organization need to be performed is how to improve knowledge and innovation. “we need measurable results and implications,”said Eddy. At the event, Dunamis also launched a book titled Enabling Organizational Greatness in Indonesia. This book tells us about 27 organizations in Indonesia in their efforts to become a great organization. Success stories of organizations are expected to be a motivation for the other organizations, so they can learn from it and working together to become great organization.
