Also, senior singer Se7en (@officialse7en) said, "Happy b’day Indonesia!! Hope you guys hv a good day!!! Holla~~" Then, our friends from the United States, the popular rock band Good Charlotte's guitarist, Joel Madden (@JoelMadden), tweeted "Happy Birthday Indonesia" He's was already famous among Indonesians in the Twitter-sphere before for supporting Indonesia to fight back terrorism, and with him putting #joelmaddensaidmerdeka on his Twitter account, he's sure to get more love back from Indonesia. Pete Wentz (@petewentz) of Fall Out Boy joined the hype by saying "Happy Birthday Indonesia!" Besides those famous celebrities, Paulo Coelho (@paulocoelho) -the famous writer of one of best-selling book in history, The Alchemist- posted on his Twitter account, "Happy Independence Day, Indonesia! #17" "Happy Birthday Indonesia" was trending for a few hours on that Wednesday, August 17, 2011.
